Prices are per person per night/week in Euros,(sterling amount is dependent on exchange rates at the time) and are based on maximum capacity of the beds in each of the rooms. We have a selection of twins, doubles, triples and quads available.
There may be a supplement for single/reduced occupancy for the rooms.
Longer week stays are based on an average stay of seven nights accommodation with continental breakfast and for the half board guests there will be a set menu three course evening meal served in "The Grove" restaurant on the first floor.
If you would prefer a more flexible arrangement for Half Board meal options to sample more of the local culinary delights we will be happy to offer a combination of B&B and Half Board with an ammended price. Please enquire for further details.
Prices for Hotel Le Chamois Summer 2007
Half Board per person per night: 45-75 Euros
Based on two guests per room. This half board option includes a continental breakfast and a set menu three course evening meal.
Room only: 30 - 58 Euros
Based on two guests in a room, there will be a supplement for third and fourth guests in multiple occupancy rooms, and for single occupancy in a twin .
Breakfast can be taken in the restaurant for an additional 8 Euros per guest on Room only basis.

Ski passes can be purchased on your arrival in resort. For passes extending more than three days a passport photo is required. These can also be taken in resort.
The passes on offer range from beginners' passes for the lower slopes only, through afternoon/day passes for all ski areas to the full VISALP 6 day pass. Certain Discounts are available for families, students and groups, please enquire.
VISALP holiday passes provide access to all areas of the Grandes Rousses domain and also entitle you to one day's free skiing at each of the following resorts in the Grande Galaxie; Deux Alpes, Puy Saint Vincent, Serre Chevalier, Briancon, Milky Way.
Cross-country or pedestrian lift passes:
One day and 7 day passes are available for pedestrians and cross-country skiers.
These passes can also be purchased with VISALP to allow free access to a range of activities. (see below)
If you are one of those people who know that you will have energy to burn on and off the slopes a VISALP pass is perfect for you!
The VISALP pass is a lift pass that entitles you to ski thoroughout the Ski area and it is also a multi- activities pass that provides you the following activities with a concessional price or free of charge at certain times.
• cross country skiing , night time skiing(three nights a week)
• ice skating
• swimming (indoor and outside pools)
• Sports centre including:
• tennis and squash courts, badmington
• climbing wall , weight training
• step classes , gym , team sports
• stretching classes , martial arts
• golf driving range
• entry to local museums

37 Green (easy), 34 Blue(moderate), 29 red(difficult), 14 Black(very difficult). Including longest Black run in Europe at 16Km.

Vertical drop: 2210m (from 3330m-1120m)

5 cable cars, 10 gondola lifts, 25 chair lifts, 45 drag lifts, 2 other lifts- with capacity of 98000 skiers per hour!!
Snow making machines: over 700
Night skiing: This is available three nights a week at no extra cost with VISALP 6-day ski pass.
